Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please let us know your intension to return by firstly emailing support@finga-nails.com. You must return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date you notified us of your intension to return, whichever is the later. All returns must meet the “Conditions of return” below.

You will need to pay the return postage and we recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or are damaged in transit back to us.

Conditions of return

Goods must be returned in a SALEABLE condition and returned in their original protective packaging with the barcode(s) and/or tags intact for returns to be accepted. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. Rejected returns will not be re-shipped.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

We can only process a refund with proof of purchase and onto the original payment method, which is PayPal. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed.

How to Return

Follow these steps to return your online purchase to our warehouse:

  1. Completed the returns form detailing the goods you are returning and the ‘reason for return’ code.

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packing and include the return form. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or are damaged in transit back to us.

Please make sure you return items through a traceable service for your safety. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so we strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage, as without this we will be unable to assist you further. When returning your purchase please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed.

We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Undeliverable packages

All orders are sent via Royal mail signed for service. A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.

Upon receipt of an undeliverable package back to our warehouse we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you’re welcome to place a new order.

Cooling off period

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us using the returns form supplied with the order. Please notify us via email of your intension to return within 14 days to support@finga-nails.com
